Club House Rules

It's your Club

All guests and members are expected to behave in a safe, respectful and sportsmanslike manner at all times. Remember one of the greatest aspects of golf is the etiquette we show to others.

Swing Zone

Swing only within the designtated hitting area and ensure any other member or guests stand well clear.

Do not strike the screen, projector, walls or sensors or housing with anything other than a golf ball from normal play.

Cleanliness

To help ensure everyone has the best experience please keep TempoTown tidy. Remove any trash and 5mins before your time is up we would appreciate returning the setup to being ready for the next member/guest to play. 

Food & Drink

We have a designated Honesty Bar and your welcome to help yourself, please record your purchases for the items you have taken and make payment to bank account signposted before your departure.

Whilst we want members and guests to have a great time, we remind visitors that this facility is primarily for playing golf. No alcohol or food can be brought into the venue.

All food and drink consumed on site should be done well away from the monitors, screens and electrical units. 

Damage & Liability

Any damage must be reported immediately, accidental or deliberate, this includes (but is not limited to) the screens, projector, walls, sensors, mats.

CCTV is also in operation and booking records are used to determine responsibility and the facility continues to being use in line with all clubhouse rules.

Any damage caused - accidental or deliberate will be charged to the individual or group who booked the bay at the time.

Personal Responsibility & Risk

Golf is a physical activity involving moving clubs and balls, ( potentially at high speeds). Users therefore particpate entirely at their own risk.

The venue accepts no responsibility for:

- Personal injury

- Loss or damage of personal property ( including but not limited to golf clubs or equipement)

- Injuries caused by failure to follow safety guidance

Cleanliness

Members and guests are expected to esnure the venue is kept clean and tidy at all time.

We request for vistors to use the final 5 mins of their allocated time to retrun the venue to a clean and tidy order and setup for the next member guest to use. This includes returning any borrowed clubs back to bags and disposing of any rubbish offsite.

Management Rights

TempoTown management reserves the right to:

- Update clubhouse rules at any time

- Amend pricing and packages

- Cancel bookings and memberships of members who have broken clubhouse rules

Guests & Supervision

Children under 17 must be supervised at all time by an adult. The supervising adult is fully responsible for behaviour, safety, and any damage emage and costs associated.

Group bookings and events are welcome but we stipulate that no more than 6 people can be in the venue as a group at any one time.

Booking Rules & Timekeeping

Sessions begin and end strictly at the allocated time.

Each booking session is 50mins and members visitors are restricted to a maximum of 2 sessions per day.

Vistors must vacate the site once the 50mins is complete ensuring the clubhouse is clean and tidy and has been fully returned back to readinness for the next member/visitor.

Late arrival does not extend the booking period and no refunds will be issued.

Abuse of booking systems may result in suspension or access.

Booking Disclaimer

By booking and using TempoTown, the customer accepts full responsibility for any damage caused during their session and agrees to cover full repair or replacement costs as determined by the management team at TempoTown
